1. Made-to-Order Craftsmanship

All Tiaraa Bangles products are made-to-order. To ensure the highest level of craftsmanship, each item is individually created after your order is placed.

  • Standard Processing Time: 3–6 business days for single-piece retail orders.
  • Bulk or Complex Orders: 6–10 business days, depending on the quantity and complexity of the design.

2. Domestic Shipping (Within India)

We are thrilled to offer Free Standard Delivery across India for all orders! We ship through our network of trusted delivery partners to ensure your jewelry arrives safely.

  • Estimated Delivery: 5–6 business days after the item has been dispatched from our workshop.
  • Note: Delivery times may vary slightly based on the courier service and your specific location. Each product page also displays an estimated delivery timeline that includes both processing and shipping times.

3. Order Tracking

Once your elegant pieces are dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS, Email, or WhatsApp. Please allow 24–48 hours for the courier's tracking system to update and reflect your package's status.

4. Delivery Delays & Address Issues

While we strive for perfect timing, occasional delays may occur due to:

  • Festive seasons or periods of high demand.
  • Unforeseen courier logistics or weather issues.
  • Payment verification delays.

Important: Please double-check that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout. Tiaraa Bangles is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses or customer unavailability. If a package is returned to us, re-attempt delivery charges may apply.

5. International Shipping

5.1 Global Availability

We are actively rolling out international shipping to bring Tiaraa Bangles to the world! We currently ship to the USA, Canada, Australia, UK, the Middle East, Singapore, and more.

5.2 International Processing & Delivery

  • Processing Time: 3–6 days for single items; 6–10 days for multi-item orders.
  • Estimated Delivery: 7–21 business days after dispatch. Please note that mandatory customs clearance in your destination country may extend this timeline.

5.3 Shipping Charges, Customs, & Duties

International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and selected courier service. All international customs fees, import duties, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. Tiaraa Bangles does not control these charges and cannot predict what they might be.

5.4 International Returns & Exchanges

In accordance with our global store policy, and due to the bespoke, made-to-order nature of our jewelry, all orders (both domestic and international) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
