Our bangles and kadas are individually handcrafted based on the specific preferences you select at checkout. This bespoke, made-to-order approach ensures that every piece is a unique creation tailored just for you, which makes it impossible for us to accept returns or exchanges.
2. STRICT HYGIENE STANDARDS
For hygiene and safety purposes, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our jewelry items. This strict policy is in place to guarantee that every customer receives a brand-new, untouched, and pristine product.

4. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Because we value timely delivery, we initiate the production process promptly after an order is placed. Due to the made-to-order nature of our jewelry, order cancellations or modifications cannot be accommodated once production has commenced.
5. EXCEPTIONS: DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
While we strive for perfection, we understand that rare transit issues can occur. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our customer support team at tiaraabangles.online@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item, and we will be happy to assist you in resolving the issue.
Important Condition for Exceptions: Every piece of jewelry is delivered with a blue Tiaraa Bangles branded security tag attached. To qualify for any exception or resolution regarding a damaged or defective item, this blue tag must remain completely intact and attached to the jewelry. If the tag is removed, altered, or tampered with in any way, no exceptions will be made under any circumstances.
